Vivaz 100% Salsa Weekend
July 16–19, 2026 – Sofia, Bulgaria
These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, participants, and pass holders of Vivaz 100% Salsa Weekend 2026(“the Event”), organized by Agozar Events & Mambo Passion Events (“the Organizer”). By purchasing a pass or attending the Event, you agree to the following:
1. Ticketing & Passes
Passes are sold exclusively through the official Vivaz website and authorized partners.
A pass grants entry to the activities specified (e.g., parties & workshops). Additional services (hotel, travel, food & drinks) are not included, unless explicitly stated.
Passes are personal and non-transferable without prior approval from the Organizer. ID may be required at check-in.
No replacement will be issued for lost or stolen passes.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Passes are non-refundable under any circumstances (including illness, travel issues, or visa problems).
All passes are non-refundable; however, unused passes may be transferred to the following year’s edition of Vivaz upon request before June 15, 2026.
Name changes (transfers to another participant) are permitted until June 15, 2026, subject to a €10 administrative fee.
If the Event is canceled by the Organizer, a full refund of the pass price will be issued. If the Event is postponed, passes will remain valid for the new dates.
3. Entry & Participation
Entry is only granted with a valid pass and wristband (issued at check-in). Wristbands must be worn at all times.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
Attendees participate at their own risk. Salsa dancing involves physical activity, and the Organizer is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
4. Travel, Accommodation & Visas
Attendees are solely responsible for arranging travel, accommodation, and visa requirements.
The Organizer may provide hotel partnerships and recommendations, but is not liable for any issues related to third-party providers.
5. Schedule & Program Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the DJs, schedule, and venues without notice.
Such changes do not entitle attendees to refunds or compensation.
6. Liability Waiver
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you are in suitable health to participate in dance activities.
The Organizer is not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen belongings, or damages incurred during travel or at the Event.
Attendees are responsible for their own insurance coverage (travel, health, etc.).
7. Photography & Media
The Event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you consent to being recorded, and your image may be used by the Organizer for promotional purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify the Organizer in writing before the Event.
8. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior towards dancers, DJs, staff, and venues is required at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
9. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other emergencies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia.
